Affiliate Program?
You can look at any Web site as a potential virtual storefront.
The people that visit your site are coming for the content you provide,
but they are also potential shoppers for any number of online products
and services -- even if you don't actually sell anything on your
Web site. The Guapo Wear Affiliate Program allows you to encourage
the people who visit your Web site to shop online with Guapo Wear.
In return, you will receive a generous commission for purchases
made by those referred clients at the time of their visit.

2. How do I get started?
Fill out the online application and submit it to us. Once your site
has been approved, you will be assigned your own personal identification
code that will enable us both to track referrals from your site.

Yes. The Guapo Wear Affiliate Program can coexist with as many similar
programs as you choose. In general, it's a good idea to limit the

sales occurring where your web content is compatible with the items
you're endorsing.

approved. What's next?
Once you are approved you will be given a user ID and password.
There you will be provided with the appropriate HTML code and a
library of Guapo Wear link graphics to choose from. You will be
given instructions on how to place the link code on the pages of
your Web site. You can opt to use a text link or an image. Once
the link code is active on your Web site, you can begin earning
commissions immediately.

9. As an Affiliate, can I
pull content from the Guapo Wear™ catalog or the Guapo Wear
Web site for use on my site?
No. We will provide you with a library of custom graphics for you
to use on your site, but you cannot reproduce any other Guapo Wear
copyrighted material without express permission.

10. Can I offer specific Guapo
Wear™ products on my site rather than just linking to the
whole collection?
No. Because our fashions change frequently, we want you link to
our whole collection rather than to a specific product. You're also
more likely to earn commissions on multiple item purchases if you
allow the customer to browse freely.

track orders?
We use software that is provided by an independent, third party
affiliate partner, AffiliateClicks. After you sign up, AffiliateClicks
will track the visitors you send to our site as well as sales and
traffic data.

15. Can I monitor sales on
a regular basis?
Yes, Log on to http://www.guapowear.com/affiliate/login.html, enter
your password and you'll be able to monitor sales and commission
activity whenever you like.

16. When and how will I be
paid?
Our affiliate marketing partner, AffiliateClicks, will track all
purchases made via links from your site and you will receive 10%
of each sale net of tax and delivery charges, and net of eventual
returns. You will receive monthly checks from us when your commission
exceeds $50.

site. Do I have to apply separately for each one? Will I have separate
accounts for each one?
Yes, you will have to submit an application for each Web site and
maintain a separate account for each one.

18. Will I earn commissions
on ALL purchases made by customers referred by my site?
You will earn commissions on ALL purchases (including mail in orders)
made by a customer who clicks through from a link on your site to
the Guapo Wear Web site and subsequently places an order within
30 days. Commission is earned when the merchandise is shipped and
will be calculated based on the actual merchandise subtotal, excluding
taxes, shipping and handling. Commission will be charged back for
returned merchandise.

19. If a customer decides
to make a repeat purchase, would I still receive a commission?
You can still receive commission on repeat purchases within 30 days
of the initial sale. As long as the customer first clicked on the
link from your site to Guapo Wear, we will pay you commission on
every sale that is generated from the initial visit within 30 days,
even if the customer decides to go directly to www.guapowear.com
instead of through your site.

20. What happens if I refer
another Web site to the Guapo Wear™ Affiliate Program?
You can earn a 5% bonus commission on ALL purchases for referring
qualified Web sites (a "Referred Web site") to the Guapo Wear Affiliate
Program. You can refer another Web site to the program when you
submit your application online. If the Referred Web site qualifies
for the Guapo Wear Affiliate Program, you'll receive a bonus commission
equal to 5% for the Referred Web sites verified and approved sales,
excluding taxes and delivery charges. Bonus commission will be charged
back for returned merchandise. You would not qualify to receive
any additional bonus commission for sales from a qualified Web site
that was recommended by a Referred Web site.
